3.3 An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

3.4 We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the product page and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment methods.

4.5 In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We ship to addresses worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5.4 You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5.5 For print products produced via our Gelato partnership, items are printed and shipped locally to reduce costs and delivery times.

5.6 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country’s customs authorities. You are responsible for these charges.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled.

6.2 You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your subscription renews.

6.3 Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each subscription period.

6.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

6.5 No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods after cancellation.

6.6 We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

7. Digital Products

7.1 Digital products (PDF magazines) are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

7.2 You may not redistribute, resell, or share digital products with others.

7.3 Digital products are available for download immediately upon purchase and can be re-downloaded from your account.

7.4 We are not responsible for lost downloads. It is your responsibility to save and back up digital purchases.

7.5 Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Physical products in unopened, pristine condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

8.2 To initiate a return, contact us at stanceautomag@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

8.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

8.4 Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days.

8.5 Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

8.6 If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will provide a replacement free of charge.

8.7 Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos, photographs, and designs, is the property of Stance Auto Magazine or our content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
